Actors in the ecosystem

There are five primary actors in the Hola Health ecosystem:

• Patients
• Doctors
• Pharmacy
• Delivery Partners
• Hola Health, both in it’s capacity as:
  • The technical implementer of the ecosystem
  • The company managing itself

Hola Health—in the simplest interpretation—serves to coordinate the four other parties to deliver an end-to-end telehealth and prescribing pathway for patients. Each actor realises different benefits, and importantly holds responsibility for the execution of this pathway as outlined below.
